I love a gift guide.
Last year's TPL gift guide was a success, and I've already started this year's (coming soon). It seems like most people I know are doing some Christmas shopping before Thanksgiving, so I really need to get on it.
My favorite gift guide is Oprah's. I look forward to it every year. Although I usually only love a handful of the products I think she has awesome taste, and I love to see what she picks. This year she teamed up with Amazon in what I believe is a brilliant marketing move. All her picks are in one place, and you can get most of them Amazon Primed to you! Oprah is such an awesome business woman. This after teaming up with Weight Watcher's earlier this year? What will she do next?
This will be the first of my three gift guides. The next will be local products, and the last will be things I think are great. I hope this helps with all your buying needs this year! Happy Holidays :)

This grill is smarter than me. There's not a week that goes by where I don't overcook a piece of chicken out of fear of salmonella. Jimmy and I take a firm stand that we'd rather have a piece of dry chicken than get sick. This takes away all the worry. It automatically adjusts for the specific piece of meat and how done you'd like it. This would change our dinners fo sho, and if anyone is looking for a gift for me, you can add it to my list ;) Plus, you can grill inside during Winter. Holla.
Amazon Echo
My mom's friend Wendy told her about the Amazon Echo before our beach trip this Summer. She got one, and it was the hit of the trip. It is a smart music player that is voice controlled and plays music off of Amazon, your own music list, or Pandora. She will also tell you it's it's going to rain that day. She goes by Alexia, and we all enjoyed asking her questions at the beach, but I think my brother enjoyed it the most. He kept yelling, "Alexia, play Fleetwood Mac," which we would listen to until Oliver got bored and then he would yell out another category of music. I'd call this gift fine family entertainment.

Fujifilm Instax Share Smartphone Printer
This is a fantastic idea. It's a mini printer that will print photos right from your phone. I take about 10 photos of Oliver on my phone every day, but I only have about 3 prints from the entire year. If I had this I could print the photos out and share them with all of you who are obsessed with how cute my child is. It's cool, you can admit it. I'm obsessed too. #proudmom
Nespresso VertuoLine Evoluo
Our coffee maker is about to die, and I have been thinking about getting an espresso machine, but sometimes you just want a good cup of coffee. I love that this does both!
Verdant Kitchen ginger syrup and honey gift set
There is so much to love about this ginger infused honey. First of all, I see their booth every week at our local farmers market, and now the have a big Oprah's Favorite Things banner, which is awesome!
I went for a month or two during Winter last year drinking organic honey and organic lemon the keep from getting sick. It helped a lot, and it also soothed my stomach. I imagine with the ginger this would go even further to do that. I am going to buy some soon and will report back.
KNORK Titanium 5 Piece Flatware Set
I've been a KNORK fan for years and even given them out for Christmas before. It's a fork that cuts like a knife. They actually use them at Flip Burger, if you've ever noticed. They have a fantastic weight, and I'm really digging the matte black color.
Kitchen Herb Kit
These herb planters are SELF WATERING? What? So you basically can't kill them, and they grow all year round. Sign me up.
Sweet Lady Jane Deep Dish Cherry Pie
One of my besties just had a baby named Jane, who we are calling "Baby Jane," and my friend's favorite food on the planet it fruit pie. Seems like a layup for her. All the recommendations for this pie on Amazon are fab, so I think it will be a hit.
I Love Sundays Oversized V-Neck Sweatshirt
I really DO love Sundays, and this looks like the prefect loungewear... especially for those after Christmas days when you roll around in a lull of food and wrapping paper. Wait, is that just me?
