I recently shot a home for Janey Lowe and Kyle Baumann of the Lowe Baumann Group at Beacham & Company, Realtors. I was really excited to shoot the house, because I had shot it before (original post here) and I wanted to see the changes. This house was on the cover of The Beacham Series in 2012, and we had a great party there (see it here). The new owners redid the kitchen, but all the amazing original details remained the same: doorbell, leaded doors on the porch, fireplace and master bath windows! After - I don't think they changed the color of the house... the top shot was taken later in the Spring, so the light was much warmer... which I thought was interesting.
