Vibrant colors and aromatic smells consume the surrounding alleys that feed into Jemma el-Fnaa square in Marrakech, where souks sell exotic spices used to make authentic Moroccan dishes, the most common being: ginger, turmeric, saffron, paprika, and cayenne.
