The Beauty of a Neutral Home

Last week I shot a home for Shelley Sloan of Beacham & Co.  The historic home is located in Wittier Mills on Atlanta's Westside.  The homeowner has fantastic taste.  She knows a lot about photography and asked for something a little different than I typically do.  I shot my normal photos for the listing (view here), and then I went through and shot some handheld b&w stills.  The house lent itself to b&w because there was very little color in the home. Black and white photography will always be my favorite, and it was a fun way to shoot a house.  I've never done it before but think I will do it more often.  I love the results!

If you would like to compare these photos to my normal real estate photos, click here to see the listing.  If you would like to see this house for yourself, it is open today from 2-4.

Have a wonderful rainy Sunday everybody!
