Over the years I've seen a lot of interior design trends in Atlanta. There was formal, Southern, traditional and transitional. With the housing market getting much better and so many new homes going on the market, it's interesting to see what's currently trending. This home, listed by Kathy Rubenstein withBeacham & Company, REALTORS, perfectly encapsulates what buyers are looking for right now.
- The most important thing buyers want is curb appeal, and this home has it in spades. It looks like it could be out of any movie with the stone pathway leading up to the rocking chair front porch. I know I'd want to live there!

Big news over here at TPL. I got a new camera! I am IN LOVE. It is far and away the best camera I've ever owned. It's a Canon 7D Mark II. I completely wore out my old camera (a Canon 7D), and it was time for a new one. It's like a work of art itself, and the photos are stunning. I feel pretty legit walking around with it.
The first house I shot with it was Glennis Beacham's listing at 3497 Woodhaven Drive. The home was designed by Harrison Design and built by John Temple with HammerSmith. I enjoyed shooting this house more than any house I've shot in a long time because my camera was working beautifully! I was checking the images on the back, and I just knew how good they were going to be. I'm so pleased with the end result. Please scroll through some of my favorites.
